What are the major symptoms of stress?
Stress and anxiety may be one of the parts in life but long lasting of which will lead to serious problems of illness in body health condition. There are serious psychological symptoms observed in people who undergo stress.
Lack of energy
Stress may suppress the energy that one obtains via nutrient diet. It creates a feel of less energized and sick both in mind and body condition obstructing the daily activities. Self confidence will go down on a long run if the condition persist making you feel defeated. Exhausted and crushed feel is the main symptom of depression and stress at its severe state where it affects both physically and mentally.
Out of control
Mentality will be out of control when struck up with stress and anxiety which may de due to daily tension or a personal depression. Fearful state of the body secretes enzyme called the adrenaline that makes the brain work at the high state of alertness with trembling of hands, legs and activities with shivering sensation that is noticeable and not under our control.
Lack of sleep
Daily schedule is highly disturbed as they affect the routine of sleeping, eating habits and makes us delayed out of time to fit the job on time. Excess of sleepiness or lack of proper sleep is the symptoms one experiences as both are harmful to the health leading to obesity or weakness respectively. Most of them suffer from nightmares and vivid dreams as the brain is over strained as they work overtime leaving to signs of unhealthiness.
Panic effect
Excess of worries in ones life may also lead to depression and panic effect as the brain stops synchronizing with the event in sensing and makes a pause in the activity of thinking. This affects the decision making, work place and other serious issues that are liked to the life as a whole. Emotional imbalance may also lead to panic feel of negative outcomes that pushes you to doubtful and fearful state of mind.
Physical effects
Stress symptoms show off some of the effects such as incessant headaches, neck and shoulder muscle strains and pains. Racing heartbeat and sudden palpitation of heart are some of the symptoms with respect to variation in adrenaline hormone imbalance. Lack of hungriness and drive towards eating habits are affected leading to appetite.
Symptoms of stress differ from one person to another depending upon the tolerance capacity of the brain power to withstand the external stress, pressure and strain on a daily basis. Building strength and stamina along with strong mind power is more important with needful nutrient balanced diet and regular practice of yoga exercises.
